Just plug your the DualSense in and begin playing games. But you won’t have to worry about the controller’s battery needing recharging or bothering with Bluetooth connectivity. ![]() There are not performance benefits to a wired connect that I’ve noticed. Connecting it via USB-C to USB-A (on older Macs) or USB-C to USB-C for Thunderbolt 3-enabled machines. ![]() However, the DualShock 4 Wireless Controller sometimes is stubborn and doesn’t want to connect. If you see a Connection Unsuccessful notification, press the PS button in the middle of the controller and wait for it to connect. On my 16-inch MacBook Pro, most Bluetooth devices pair seamlessly. Checking the options for Optimized battery charging and Low power mode also will help keep your battery healthy. If you’re using a DualShock 4 Wireless Controller, the connection process with Mac is the same as detailed for the DualSense above. Using a DualShock 4 Controller with the Mac In the event the controller doesn’t reconnect to your Mac quickly, unpair it, then pair it again. (As a side-note, the next time you want to use this controller with your PS5 you’ll have to repair it with the console by connecting the controller with a USB-C cable.) Once the controller is paired to your Mac, each time you turn it on with a long-press of the PS button, it should reconnect to the Mac fairly quickly.

But anytime I directly open a MapInfo 15.2 created tab file in Google Earth, I only get the first entry, sometimes 2 or 3. If I do "Save Copy As" from MapInfo 12 and create a new file, I can then open that file in Google Earth Pro just fine. I can take the MapInfo 15.2 created tab file and open it in MapInfo 12 without an issue on another machine. Reverting to MapInfo 12 is not really an option, so is there anything else I can do to allow for Google Earth to completely parse these files? If I look at the tab in MapInfo, the data is present, so it seems MapInfo 15 is doing something differently that causes the tab file to not completely import into Google Earth Pro (GE version 7.). ![]() ![]() Recently, however, I have upgraded to MapInfo 15 (MapInfo 15.2 64-bit to be precise), and since then whenever I try to open a tab file in Google Earth, I only get the first item or 2 from the tab file and the remaining features (usually polygons) are lost. ![]() The process I always follow in Google Earth Pro is:įile -> Open -> Select *.tab from File Type -> Select the file and pick the style template. So I'll go ahead and double-click to open that. So here I can see a disc image with Rhino and then the version number that we're installing. So I'll hide my browser, and go to my downloads folder. So I've actually already downloaded this. If you're signing up for the evaluation version, you'll actually be emailed a download link along with a license key to type into the installer. Now, in my case, since I'm downloading the full license key version, I'm just given a direct download link. So I'll click on the version I'd like, and I'll be prompted to enter an email address. ![]() The two softwares are completely identical, with the one difference being that the evaluation version only lasts for 90 days. The install process is almost exactly the same. Now, since I have a full license key, that's the version I'm picking, but if you just want to try Rhino, go ahead and click on the evaluation. First is the evaluation version, and this links to a fully-functional free version of Rhino with a license that lasts for 90 days, or we can choose the latest version, and this requires a full license key. Basically have two different options here. What we really want though, is this complete install for Mac. Just as a quick aside, in addition to the full version of Rhino for Mac, there's also an iOS app that lets you view Rhino files on your iPad or your iPhone, as well as a few different versions of Rhino that account for different plugins. So let's look over here on the right, where we have stuff for Mac. On the left is downloads for Windows, and obviously that's not what we're interested in today. So I'll go ahead and click on the download link, and this takes me to the downloads page. The first step is to launch a web browser and navigate to /mac. Let's take a look at downloading and installing Rhino 6 for Mac. As one Harlem restaurateur put it, “Sometimes it seems like we’re making food to make Seamless profitable.”Ī number of restaurant owners have joined a class action lawsuit against Grubhub, alleging the service is sneakily charging restaurants up to hundreds of dollars more a month. Commissions can run as high as 30 percent, and some restaurants say not only that it’s not worth it - but that the apps are engaging in some shady practices to actively rip them off. But sadly for restaurants, this access to a bigger consumer base comes at a cost. They allowed customers with mobility issues, inconvenient schedules, or those who just don’t feel like leaving the house to have a greater variety of dinner options available to them. They allowed restaurants to offer online delivery without having to build their own sites from scratch. ![]() ![]() In the beginning, these apps appealed to both businesses and customers. (Grubhub and Seamless would merge in 2013, and the company, while still maintaining separate sites for each brand, went public on the New York Stock Exchange as GRUB in 2014.) Chances are you’ve used one of these sites, or one of dozens of smaller apps like Slice or Foodler to get your lunch without having to ever speak to another human being. Seamless launched in 1999, Grubhub in 2004, Postmates in 2011, and Uber Eats in 2014.
